Crispy Lemon Chicken
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken thighs
½ lemon
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
salt, ground black pepper
COOKING METHOD
Step 1
Chicken hips wash, dry, sharp knife carefully cut the bone. The skin with the pulp is not removed.
Step 2
Cut the zest from half a lemon, cut it into thin strips. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix it with olive oil. Add salt, black pepper, lemon zest, mix well. Chicken pour the marinade, and refrigerate for one hour.
Step 3
Preheat a frying pan without oil. Remove the chicken from the marinade, lightly dry and put on a hot frying pan skin side down. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then turn the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Turn again to the side with the skin, cook 2 minutes to crisp the skin remained. Serve with boiled rice.
