Quenelle of cheese with orange sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 300 g of cottage cheese with fat content of 5-9%
- 50-70 ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- zest of 1 orange
For the sauce:
- 180 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- Article 2.5. l. Sahara
- 20 g butter
- zest of 1 orange
- 1 h. L. starch
COOKING METHOD
Step 1
For the sauce, grate the zest on a fine grater. Melt in a pan of butter, add the zest and sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes. Mix the starch with 50 ml of juice and set aside.
Step 2
The remaining juice pour into the pan and bring to a boil. Pour the juice with starch in a frying pan and, stirring, boil for 3 minutes. The sauce cool.
Step 3
Cottage cheese, beat the sugar and cream, add the finely grated orange zest. Using two spoons, create quenelle and place them on a plate. Pour dumplings orange sauce and serve.
